FUNCTIONAL ELECTRICAL STIMULATION
Portraying Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a condition that impedes the ability to breath while sleeping.
The application of functional electrical stimulation to the restore function to an organ system has and continues to be a promising area of research. Utilizing existing neural pathways, these FES programs are exploring applications in the treatment of Urge Incontinence and Sleep Apnea.
