"My research interests are in the areas of wound prevention and treatment, particularly in individuals with paralysis and in the biomechanics of wheelchairs and seating for people with limited mobility. My active projects include using and indwelling stimulation system to enhance tissue health and prevent pressure sores and the use of new methods to improve healing in chronic wounds."
